Friends of the Library of Los Altos & Community

  Annual Meeting Sunday, June 23, 5 – 7pm

Please join us in the garden at Anne and Steve Johnson’s home at 41 Hawthorne Avenue, Los Altos.

There will be a very short business meeting followed by a potluck dinner. The meeting agenda:

  • Announcement of new Super Friends
    who have each reached 100 hours of volunteer time, and presentation of their new, personalized Friends of the Library aprons.
  • Election of our Officers for FY 19/20:
President – Margaret Brooks

Secretary – Mary Mulkins
Treasurer – Anne Johnson

Friends of the Library will provide a main dish and drinks.

We suggest that you contribute the following type of dish, with enough for eight servings, based upon the first letter of your last name.
A – J: appetizer
K – R: salad
S – Z: dessert

The Los Altos City parking lot on the west side of San Antonio Road near Third Street is about 100 yards from 41 Hawthorne Ave. For those who would like a shorter walk or prefer to not cross SanAntonio Road, the office buildings on the east side of San Antonio Road at the entrance of Hawthorne Avenue have parking lots which will have spaces available on a Sunday afternoon.
